• What can I expect in a consultation?

Rest assured, our consultation process is thorough and comprehensive. We will meticulously evaluate your diet, sleep habits, activity levels, light/dark exposure, social health, and stress management to provide the best recommendations for your circumstances. From this detailed process, we will craft a personalized treatment plan that includes dietary, lifestyle, nutritional, and herbal supplementation instructions. Blood tests and other functional tests may be performed as needed. 

• What are your clinic hours?

For your convenience, Naturopathic and Nutritional Medicine consultations via Adrian Adams are available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Monday and Friday at Invitation to Health in Wyoming.

At the Erina location, Adrian and Dr Penny Caldicott clinic hours are:

Tuesday 10-4 pm Thursday 10-4 pm *offering only joint appointments with Dr Penny Caldicott

Tuesday & Thursday, 9-10 am and 4-5 pm appointment slots for Adrian Adams only.

Please note that both clinics are closed on public holidays.

• Do you offer telehealth and phone consultations?

For your convenience, we offer telehealth and phone appointments. We understand that life can be busy, so we've made the process simple. Just let our reception know when you are booking over the phone or select the option when booking online. 

• What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept any form of debit or credit card, excluding American Express. 

• What is your cancellation policy? 

We kindly request a 48-hour notice of cancellation. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and offer the appointment to another client. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee, as these instances prevent us from serving other clients. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we are flexible to reschedule your appointment at short notice if needed.
